I am planning on posting a crawfish etouffee recipe, because it’s more interesting than the chicken pot pies we ate last night (however, the chicken pot pies were delicious - I know what you’re thinking, chicken pot pies, right? But I am serious.)
However, I’ve found what may be the best recipe for cupcakes, ever.
When I made these cupcakes, I thought they were pretty yummy. Then I sent the rest to work with Cameron, and took some with me and the rest, and I kid you not…every person that ate one of those darn cupcakes described it as “amazing” or “the best cupcake I’ve ever had” or “better than Gigi’s.
I would not be tooting the cupcake horn so much if I’d invented these cupcakes rather than merely found and executed the recipe, but they are quite yummy indeed, and I’ll post the recipe tonight or tomorrow!

i adore cupcakes! love them! i really do crave them… and….i need something to take to work as my going away/peace offering gift….perfect….or cocktails/wine? would that be appropriate? we do have wine fridays i hear, of course, why, would i, an unpaid intern, be in the office on fridays….never, not i, i don’t care how good the wine is… we should have wine wednesdays….it sounds better
my favorite thing i have made this summer were grilled peaches delicious! with blue cheese….and even my family who doesn’t like blue cheese liked them….
